The first on the schedule will be the annual C h rist m as party, held following short m eeting on Dec. 19. Mrs. Else Ravekes is chairm an of the eom- rritte e in charge of this party. Everyone attending is requested to bring a present in the price range of 39-50 cents for the git! »".change, and G rangers are to bring sandwiches or cake for the refreshm ents. On C hristm as night, open house is being held at the G range hall by Mr. and Mrs. H arvey Swinney in honor of th eir golden wedding anniversary. They expect about th irty m em bers of th eir family to he here for the occasion and all their friends are invited to help them celebrate the event. On New Y ear’s eve, the G rang ers and their invited guests are planning a p arty to welcome the y ear 1953 in in an appropriate m anner. The series of events will be completed w ith the installation of officers at the first m eeting in Jan u ary , the third.
