Mr. and Mrs. Walter Edmonds and son of Roseburg visited Fri day night at the home of Mr. and ; Mrs. Gerald Quinn. They were on their way to San Francisco. Mrs. Quinn and Mrs. Edmonds1 are cousins. Mr. and Mrs. John Donaldson and Mary returned last week from visiting the Donaldson’s new granddaughter, Janet Ruth, and her parents, Mr. and Mrs. David Englebart, at Portland. O. L. Moore made a trip to Boise. Idaho, last week to visit friends. He was gone five days. Charles N. Farrier Services were held June 25, at Langlois gym at 2 p. m. for Charles N. Farrier, who passed away at Providence hospital, at Portland, June 20, at the age of 74 years. 9 months and 27 days. Interment was at the Denmark cemetery. Charles Farrier was born Au gust 23, 1876, at Ferndale, Calif, and moved to Courry county as a small child with his parents.
