Reason for making this assertion comes from my trip to Portland over the week-end Except for a lumber truck in the vicinity of Sheridan. I can haw nothing but praise for the truck drivers. I saw plenty of "road courtesies" display<\i One । than the bus. reached his arm I out and signalled the bus to go /sist. The bus driver tooted his horn in a "thank you." Now for a case against the truck drivers, the wreck near Riverton about two weeks ago' has caused much comment in i service stations and among lots of people. Two trucks were rac ing. side-by-side, when on the first curve south of Riverton a traveling man met them face to face, rhe salesman was instant- l\ killed and the* truck driver is out on bail, and driving truck, it is reported. Trucks are here to stay. Wf might as well console ourselves to the fact.
