The Armistice day dance at
Smith River was a success, if the
capacity crowd is indicative. A

this area were among those xp-

Frazers Say On Return Scouts Book Dance
Mr. and Mrs. M. F. Frazer, who
left here in January 1948. for
Corpus Christi, Texas, returned
lat? last week with the vow that
“go where you will, you c^n’t
begin to match this country for
a desirable place to live.”
Mrs. Frazer, known as ‘Deb,’ by
all her friends, and her husband,
hope to open up a curio and gift j
ihop in this area, for they claim
raveling people seek souvenirs
if places they have been. Travel
cn Hwy 101 is such, they believe,
to justify the effort of investing
time and money.
