A lower outage Friday night,
that incapacitated the milking
machines, caused a good many
sore muscles Saturday morning.
The Youth Dance was held Fri-
day night at the Grange hall,
was started with music provided
by a hand-powered phonograph
and light provided by kerosene
lamps. Just as everyone was be
ginning to enjoy the semi-dark
ness, the electricity came on.

Mr. and Mrs. Jim White are
building a house on their Floras
Lake property. It is now near
completion.
Mrs. Jean Hale went to Coos
Bay several times during the
past week.
A meeting is to be held Tues-

the pros and cons of sending the
high school students to Bandon

cide the matter will be held on

gers brought the Pilot the first
Croft lily blooms of the year.
They were fully developed, but
according to Jack were the only
two out that day. He predicts
that warm weather will bring
the blossoms out in time for the

Relief To Flood Victims
