THURSDAY, MAY 11, 1950 SUMMONS The World's Best Climate BROOKINGS-HARBOR PILOT, BROOKINGS, OREGON West of the Willamette Meridian. All of said property being with in Curry County, Oregon. Or any part or portion thereof, for the purpose of submitting the same to the judicial determination of the Court. Second: that the plaintiffs are the owners in fee simple of said real property and the whole thereof. Third: That none of said de tendants has any interest or es tate, right, title, or lien upon or in said real property, or any por tion thereof paramount to the plaintiffs’ right, title and interest thein and thereto. Fourth: That said defendants and each and all of them and all persons claiming under, by or through them, or any of them, be forever barred, restrained and enjoned from asserting any claim whatever in or to said premises adverse to the plaintiffs.
