Mrs. Katherine Sandstrdhi had the bad luck to break her arm again last week, and the doctor says that the cast will have to remain on for six weeks this time. Recently she returned to work after having been laid up for more than a month with her arm in a cast. (Who said light- ning never struck twice in the same place?). ....Don't be cold! Junior Shrader had the misfor- tune of cutting his hand quite badly while chopping kindling the latter part of the week. Taken off the bus at Ocean lake, too ill to continue travel, the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Tom Yocum was rushed to a McMinnville hospital for an em ergency appendectomy. His wife, who continued here on the bus thinking he was ear sick, and Mr. Yocum located him Saturday at McMinnville. They were en route here to make their home.
