der why I didn’t call on them
while east.
How do I like the price set
by the co-op and dealers? Fine,
someone had to have the courage
to set it.. Of course, it would
have been more ideal if more
of the grow ers could have had
a voice in it. Now th a t it is done
the rest of us will ju st stick to
it. Only so m any bulbs can be
sold regardless of the price. 15c,
20c. 25c. and 30c would have sold
w hat lilies will be sold just as
quickly as 10, 20, 25 and 30.
Last year more bulbs couldn't
b*» sold no m a tte r how low the
price. T h e y couldn’t be given
away. Now, some of the dealers
are complaining bitterly because
the price has been set so low.
