One pal I have in mind, back in college days, who would shed his shirt for me in zero w eather, agrees with me on about one thing— th a t the col lege we w ent to was best. If one is fair in his disagreem ent, all is w ell but to carry it qn to hatred is wrong. I t is the inclination of youth and it w as in mine a ls o ^ to be selfish. Selfishness, perhaps, is the most unholy of all hum an a t tributes. It robs m an of everything —causes him to steal for sa tis faction of this craving, or to be a cheat with those near to him who place tru st. W hile 1 m ay be selfish still. I have conquered it alm ost completely. Today is Christm as.
