Members of Coos Electric Co-op:
Me, your employes, are sorry we do not have
more definite dates as to when the construction
oi your lines will be in full swing. We have, in the
past, given you dates, based on promises of man
ufacturers’ shipping dates on materials, still so
much needed to build the lines.
Making guesses of this kind has caused you,
as well as ourselves, great disappointments!
W e believe we all had a little too much enthus
iasm and high hopes of what the end of the war
would do in relieving all difficulties in procuring
“ard to get items.”
In passing the new poles, installed between
Harbor and the state line, on Highway 101, it
will be noticed that there are long spaces where
poles are missing. This is due to the fact that
we do have the materials needed to complete the
line in those places.
