The event, put on by EUGFun, lasts from 4-7 pm and involves activities like storefront trick-or-treating at downtown busi- nesses, live music, a costume contest and food vendors, just to name a few. Activity locations include the newly officially named Kesey Square, the Broadway Commerce Center, the Atrium Building, the Downtown Athletic Club and more. Admis- sion to this event is FREE. Visit eugfun.org for more details. If you’re trying to get Halloween fun in the weekend before the big day, check out the Hoppy Halloween Festival. The event is from noon to 10 pm on Sunday, Oct. 29, at Agrarian Ales (31115 W. Crossroads Lane) and features aerial acrobatics shows performed by the Circus Dolls aerial artists, live music and a chili pepper eating competition. The event is FREE and all ages from noon-8 pm. (It’s 21 and over from 8-10 pm.)
