This is a small retirement town where larger dogs have a harder time finding a home and can end up in the shelter for years. I am active, playful, happy and I would thrive in a home with older children. I arrived at SafeHaven as an owner surrender and I am all set to fi nd my forever family. This beautiful 4-year-old, short-haired, dilute tortoiseshell kitty is good with gentle children, dogs, and other cats. Once she trusts you, Willow enjoys cuddling and belly rubs! Willow is looking for a patient, loving forever family who will give her a little time to adjust. Jojo Spinner Jojo is about a 1.5-years-old. He was found wandering loose in the desert and was extremely scared. Jojo has come a long way. He is still a bit fearful in new situations, but warms up quickly. He does great with other dogs- both large and small. Other dogs give him confi dence so having another is a must for this guy. Jojo also lives with cats. Spinner is an active, fun dog that is working on a little anxiety. He is approx. 10lbs and 3 years old. Spinner needs walks and belly rubs. He needs a teen or energetic adult to go on long adventures with him. Copper is a very loving, mature gal who just wants to please and get belly rubs. She loves long hikes and to play ball. She is currently in a foster home. Okay with dogs and cats. Dodger is a handsome, older gentleman that has been looking for his forever home for a long time. He earned his “Canine Good Citizenship Award” in 2012. Dodger needs a home of his own with parents that want to take him on nice leisurely walks every day. Gage is currently in a home where his foster dad says he is doing great. He LOVES to play fetch. Gage would prefer an indoor/outdoor home, since he loves to lay in the grass. Gage really enjoys car rides. She loves to go on walks and is great on a leash. Would be great for any home without small children. Not a fan of kitties. Karma was adopted previously and we have learned she needs to be a one-person dog. She bonds very strongly with her person. She would prefer to be the only fur-child. Loves long, leisurely walks, great on a leash. Pretty Princes is a lovely, young lady who has made amazing progress in overcoming her shyness of new people. She loves to go on walks. Playing ball is one of her favorite things to do. Will be protective of her home and people. Yes, I know my brindle tiger stripes make heads turn. I love to play and run outside. I’m Jada and I’m a couch potato and a great hugger and fan of belly rubs. I really need to be with a family that has no other pets because I love all the attention. Love going on errands and hanging with family. He loves to go for walks, but often has to be soft muzzled so he doesn’t turn his leash into a tug toy. He also loves to play ball. This smart, playful, high-energy goof ball enjoys learning tricks as much as he enjoys snuggles. Teddy is a young, energetic boy that is harness trained. He gets along great with other cats. Teddy does have a condition with his liver that he takes daily medication with his food, but that doesn’t slow this cute guy down. Bob Sunday Bob is very near and dear to our hearts. Bob is FIV positive, so he needs to be an only fur- child. He loves to help us while we’re on the computer and generally loves to supervise everyone in our offi ce. Bob is the ultimate couch potato type guy Hello, I’m Sunday. I get along with everyone. I am a gentle soul. I love to roll around, explore, romp and nap. I was diagnosed with liver disease when I was little, but a high- quality diet and a medication that I eat with my food keeps me going just great. Won’t you consider a special needs kitty like me?
