Meet Mike. He works at Eugene’s new bakery, “Not Just Breads,” on River Road. The bakery owner hired him and other clients of Oregon Supported Living Program with the intention of employing and paying them just as he would any employee without developmental disabilities. Mike’s attention to de- tail, dependability and creativity has surpassed the bakery owner’s expectations and already earned him a promotion and his own business cards. He loves learn- ing new skills like cake decorating and cookie baking, and supervising “Ginger,” the dragon bread oven. Mike’s story is just one example of many people waiting to help you improve your business. Who can we refer to you?
