Everybody deserves a good home Rescued Cat of the Week Hey there I’m Angus! I am a 1 year old petite Tabby guy who loves to play. I am looking for an indoor home with another kitty around my age to play with, (or if you don’t have another kitty…I LOVE my friend Kai!) lots of toys and windows to watch birds. Stop by S.A.R.A.’s Treasures soon to meet me! Greenhill took in 17 small-breed dogs this week with help from Animal Friends Rescue Project, who transports dogs from overcrowded “high-kill” shelters in California over the border to various humane society’s in the Pacifi c Northwest. The breeds vary, but include Chihuahuas, Dachsunds, and Terrier mixes. Many of these dogs have never had an owner to love them, or a warm cozy bed, or even know what it is like to have a full belly and a scratch behind the ear. All of the dogs will be spayed/neutered, vaccinated, and given a microchip here at Greenhill. Many are ready to fi nd their new homes now.
