When roll is done, spread pesto mayo on roll and place two slices of tomato on each roll. Add brie to pan. When the cheese just begins to soften, remove from pan and place directly onto the tomatoes, browned side up. Place a dollop of pesto on each slice of brie. Garnish with fresh fruit and enjoy.
