Grind peppers and onions using mortar and pestle. Slice and seed avocado. Scoop out flesh and add to onion and pep- per mixture, grinding all until combined and smooth. Add lime juice and stir to mix. Add leaves from a few sprigs of cilantro for flavor and garnish. Serve with crispy tortilla chips and salsa.
