A lawsuit filed against the Corbett
School D istrict and Superintendent
Dale Nees over the hiring of a
jan itorial firm and an architect has
been dismissed
But a lawyer for the plaintiffs said
Tuesday. " I t's not over ye t."
The suit had claimed that the firm
and architect were hired without bids
being obtained
James I Jiurick, a lawyer represen­
ting the school district and Nees. said
after a series of motions, the lawsuit
had been t'ismissed by pro tern judge
Ward Greene
" I am very glad to have this behind
us," Corbett School D istrict board
chairwoman Catherine Dunlap said
" I am concerned about the cost to the
d istrict of lawsuits that are frivolous
That's a real concern to me. You
