It was Blackburn and
Brewster, however, who
were prim arily responsible
for the success of the Sandy
team. Eaton said
M errill Schneider, a local
attorney, "really helped
them a lot,” Eaton said,
but when it came time for
the competition Brewster
and Blackburn were on
their own
Both are “outgoing" and
“ think well on their feet.”
Eaton said
“ I wouldn’t mind them
defending me in a case," he
joked
The hypothetical case
concerned the dismissal of
a male nurse, and whether
he was fired by his female
supervisor on the grounds
of sex discrimination or
negligence on the job
