They will spend the re mainder of the summer traveling in Europe In Eugene Reporter takes TV job Gwen Bogh, former Post correspondent, has a c cepted a position with KVAL-TV in Eugene as promotion and public a f fairs director In addition to writing for The Post, Bogh worked as program log coordinator at K P T V -C h a n n e l 12 in Portland, and cared for her son, Trenton, who is one and a half “ It was difficult, but yet I felt it was necessary to ad vance in my field,” Bogh said of her juggling of various obligations. “ It was worth the time and ef fort ” Bogh has an associate’s degree in television pro duction from Mt Hood Community College, and a bachelor of arts degree in c o m m u n ic a tio n fro m Pacific University Two of her fav o rite stories during her two-year stint at The Post included a feature on the Meier Dairy Farm and another on Otis Rich, who delivered mail for 39 years Larry and E a rl M eier, and Rich, “ gave me an insight into the Bonng community,” Bogh said. Both stories were written just after she started working at The Post. “ It was a great way to start off my new job,” Bogh said. Another favorite story was on a Boring man who trains hunting dogs.
