I l l , was on a hike with his son and a friend when he began to er. perience chest pains, said Armintrout Siefert. he said, had a heart condition When the pains sta rte d he took nitroglycerin tablets and his son hiked to Riley Horse Camp where his car was parked and drove to Kathy and Dan Willis' “ Cold Spr ings Homestead" on Lolo Pass Road, where he called for help A special rescue crew led by Captain David Summer responded The officers on duty. Included on the agenda is an update on a number of issues the RNG has dealt with the past year This in cludes the status of an il legal landfill in the flood plains of the Zig Zag River, the possible impact of Clackamas County’s revi sion of the Mt. Hood Com munity Plan and how it could affect Rhododen dron's 30-acre wetland, and the progress of the propos ed Henry Creek and Devils Falls hydroelectric pro jects.
