The Sandy Senior Center
will sell homemade pies
and cookies in Meinig Park
as a fund-raising project
for the Loaves and Fishes
program
Anyone interested in
assisting with this project
is asked to attend the pie
baking workshops today
and tomorrow from 1:30 to
4 p m.
The annual Columbia
River Gorge scenic cruise
has been planned for Fri-
day, July 30 This year,
participants will travel via
Amtrak from Portland to
Cascade Locks where they
will board the Columbia
Sightseer Cost of the trip is
$22 50 per person
