Bob Marshall and his wife, Anita, are regulars on the small market circuit Marshall makes and sells jewelry, while Anita makes and sells crocheted and knitted items One estimate put the con tent damages of the Rain bow Flea Market at $40,000 according to Marshall, but he feels that estimate was low in a couple of ways. I know four people who his w ife had clothing destroyed that she d been working on from as far back as November Marshall drove a bus during the school year for Sandy Union High School. He said he was depending bn sales from markets to make ends meet Now he's looking for work but has found the prospects to be far from encouraging. each had at least $10.000 in losses. Marshall said A m o n e ta ry v a lu e doesn t tell the complete story anyway "There were people's lives in there That's all they did," M ar shall said Marshall lost $500 in cut turquoise stones alone, and Public Notices IN THE CIRCUIT COURT SO« T H i IT A T I OS OREGON SO« TH I COUNTY OS CLACKAMAS «■ ■ * Fred R Berthold Petitioner and Jenny I Berthold, Respondent No 82 5 163 ORDER FOR PUBLICATION OS SUMMONS The Petitioner having filed a Petition for Dissolution of M a rn o g e in the ab o ve - entitled matter ond it now op pearing that personal service of process upon the Respon dent could not be mode: It is on this 25»h day of May. 1982 on the motion of Peti tio n e r. o rd e re d tha the R espondent a n sw er P e ti tioner's suit for dissolution in accordance with the rules of civil proctice and procedure ond in the event of defalt th e r e o f ju d g e m e n t be rendered ogomst the Respon dent It is further ordered thot service of summons be mode upon »aid respondent herein, by publication thereof that toid »ummon» be publuhed once each week for four con secutive weeks in The Sandy Post, which is hereby found and determ ined to be a newspaper in general circula tio n In th e C o u n ty of Clockomas.
