taken to the hospital to be
treated for injuries.
Police said the youth was

he was raised and educated
in Minnesota He began
working as an independent

entered the U S Army and
served during World War
II
After discharge in 1945 he
took time oil and traveled
It was during this time that
he met Maude Edmison
They later married on July
7, 1948, in Idaho
They lived in Minnesota
for a short time before
moving to Estacada
Mr Daniels began work
in the logging industry
when th ey m oved to
Oregon and continued until
his retirement in 1971
The Daniels* moved to
the Sandy area in 1959 He
was a member of an Ap
palooM Horse Club and en
joyed outdoor activities
such as hunting and hiking
He is survived by his
w ife, M aude, children.
