Students from Welches School earned first and second-place wins for their efforts in the second annual Red Cross F irs t A id Festival, held last month at the L lo y d C e n te r in Portland The First Aid Festival is a competition held among schools within the five county area served by the Oregon T rail Chapter of the Red Cross S tu d e n ts who p a r* ticipated must have com pleted Red Cross first aid training on either the Basic Aid Training level, the Standard First Aid level or the Multi media First Aid level D anielle Estes.
