The commissioner apologized at that time for not making it to the Sandy luncheon to talk Then Dempster assured him that this was Skoko’s scheduled time to talk, and not to worry The govemor spoke at the chamber last week. “Then I sent him a letter to confirm when he was supposed to speak here,** Dempster said, “and that’s the last I heard from him ” The Sandy Cham ber hopes for better luch with S taff photc Winner* la the recent Sandy Optimist oratorical contest were, left to right.
