Chaussee Services for Kevin Allen Fischer, 12, who died from injuries suffered in an acci dent on Jan 1, were held Tuesday in the chapel of Sandy Funeral Home. He was born Oct 28, 1969 in Portland. He lived his entire life in Sandy and at tended Sandy Elementary School was in the seventh grade at Cedar Ridge School Scouting was a big part of Kevin's life. While a Cub Scout with Pack 248, he placed first in the Jr. Olym pics and represented the pack at the district meet.
