4 eggs
1 cup cottage cheese (do not drain)
1 cup sour cream
1 cup self rising flour
I tablespoon sugar
Beat eggs well, add cottage cheese, sour cream and
Hour Stir Add sugar If too thick, add more sour cream
or buttermilk Fry on a hot greased griddle Serves 4

Oven Barbecued Rabbit or Spareribs
One (5 lb) rabbit or 5 lbs spareribs
1 bottle barbecue sauce
Two thirds can or bottle of beer

Cook potatoes, peel and mash lightly Add cube of
margarine and cup of brown sugar while the potatoes are
hot If using canned potatoes, heat in liquid, drain and
mash while hot Cool Add beaten eggs Put into buttered
casserole Add topping Bake in 350 degree oven until
lightly browned, about 20 minutes Serves 10-12 From the
