Hood Mudders The program for the 1981 Sandy Mountain Festival recognizes an organization whose good works go beyond ardent support of the annual festival The Sandy Mountain Festival Committee this year dedicated the 1981 Festival Pro gram to the Mount Hood Mudders Four- Wheel Drive Club. The cluh was formed in 1975 and since that time, its more than 30 members have been active in full support of the festival, providing the dam at No Name Creek and electricity to the front and back stage.
