The Bible Study for Women

they intend to take, but if

this session, the regular
study w ill begin next
Thursday, Feb. 5, and signup

“ The format for the Bible
Study w ill be a 45-minute get-
together where we w ill look
at some of the principles of
the Christian life and how we
as women can better live
these principles in our own
homes, com m unity and
church,” said Lorraine
the Original Match,” by
Charles Swindall, as a text.
Thr group is not limited to
people having trouble with
their marriages, Grable
said, but for anyone who
would like to look into what
God has to say about
marriage ami how it is in
tended to function as a
fundamental institution in
society.

“Then we will break up
into the three discussion
study groups and w ill study
the particular subject we feel
to be our greatest need. We
feel that this will meet the
need of fellowshipping anti
studying together the main
principles of growth and
Christian living and still
provide a time for a small
group interaction on topics
and areas of need,” she
added.

A farm er’s market is
coming to Sandy
The
m arket
would
become a local, seller-
owned outlet for produce
and (Tafts, according to
organizers, for growers
frustrated
by
low
wholesale prices for their
berries or an over
abundance of summer
produce.
It would also give
craftpersons in the area a
nearby place to market
their crafts
For people who want to
involve themselves in the
inception of a local market,
they are invited to an
organizational meeting this
Monday, Feb. 2, at 7:30
p.m. in the Sandy Com
munity School trailer.
