Gold Rush Band Coming To Eastport The very popular Gold Rush Band, consisting of Bass, Guitar, Banjo, Fiddle, and Mandolin w ill be on the main mall at Eastport Plaza, Satur day, 12 noon to 1:30 p.m. This group of professional musicians, all well known in Portland for their Blue Grass Music, has recent ly entertained at the Mt. Hood Hoedown. We’re sure you’ll enjoy their music, so come on out and enjoy the fun at Eastport Plaza on Satur day. Newberry’s Remodeling on Schedule Newberry’s remodel ing effort is proceeding right on schedule, ac cording to Dave Powers, store manager. The New berry’s Restaurant, down to a minimum during construction, has been open daily at 11 serving a lim ited menu. The restaurant portion w ill be completed somewhat a- head of the total re modeling job.
