If private enterprise acted in this manner the board would have been replaced and a single competent manager hired If the board had not done this, then the board would h a \e been replaced by the stockholders We. the taxpayers, are the stockholders and we deserve better than this I thmk that the board had better begin to act lik e an e ffic ie n t, businesslike group I believe that Fareiess Square should become a fare-paying square Some charge should be made, a small one-time fare or a weekly or monthly charge perhaps Tn-M et keeps informing us as to the increasing ridership each month Just what is the percentage breakdown as to fare-paying and Fareless Square nders ?
