and it used to take 7 4 hours to
fly to Los Angeles with lots of
stops Now it takes two hours

still in intensive care- after his
recent accident in Zigzag on
Highway 2« He was thrown out
and crushed by his truck
He has a broken arm . leg.

bone and severe facial cuts

enjoyed a picnic lunch at Green
Canyona Park on the Salmon
River last Tuesday, July 12.
While there was rain In tome
mountain areas, none fell at the
park durir^ the picnic There
was a big fire to ait around and
lots of good food
The program chairmen, M r
and Mrs. Grant Defihazer, had
invited Rusty Reagan to bring
h it guitar and play and ting.
Everyone enjoyed the campfire
music.
During the picnic a lady
fisherman came by with a 30-
inch steelhead she had just
caught In a pool In the river just
off the campground Thia made
several people wish they had
brought their fishing gear AU
boat out, and doing a bit of
fishing, a bit of swimming and
just plain doing nothing.
The weather waa great.
W arm , but a good breeze, and
very cool at night. ActuaUy It
seemed more like fail then
summer and it still does around
It was too had that the clouds
had to come In, ruining any
chances of seeing the moun
tain, but everyone came back
with big smiles on their faces,
so they really enjoyed their
