Juna 21. 1973 (Sec. 2) Sandyite to lead salute to Disney George Bruns of Sandy will be the conductor of the Oregon Symphony Orchestra during the musical salute to Walt Disney slated for Portland on July 4 and July 11 Bruns is musical director of Disney Studios and since 1963 he has been the conductor, arranger and composer for W alt Disney Studios in Hollywood He is a native to the Sandy area and is the author along with Hoodlander Dick Sellers of the Sandy C entennial and A t N e il R ie g e lm a n n A p p lia n c e s Barlow Road Days song.
