4 - SANDY (Ore.) POST Thur»., July 29, 1971 (Sec. 3) Store has new staff member UGN sets campaign goal The United Good Neighbors campaign w ill have a four county goal of $6,312,600. The goal was approved last week by the UGN board of directors, and is a 5.0 per cent increase over the amount raised in last year's campaign. The UGN drive solicits in Clackamas, Multnomah, and Washington Counties in Oregon, and C lark County Washington. Quotas for these and other division of the drive are expected to be announced in the near future. The 1971 goal is the largest in UGN history, according to UGN first vice president, Don C. Frisbee. Frisbee, president of Pacific Power & Light Co., said the UGN appeal w ill raise funds for 126 health, fam ily, child care, youth guidance, research, and rehabilitation services at a cost of less than five per cent. John Knobloch, 21, has joined the staff at the Painted Wagon Country Store. He specializes in the health foods at the store. Knobloch is a recent graduate of San Fernando Valley State College with a BA in geography. Born in Germany, he moved to this country when he was four years old and grew up in Canoga Park, Calif. His m ajor interests are religion, reading, surfing and hiking besides nutrition.
