Each stall has inltvtdual controls for the gas torches, Joe Price, who Is In charge uf the welding program at Mt. Howl Community College, brings a wide range of e x perience In the welding Industry to the program. He is a veteran of World War II awl has been In the welding business for 27 years, being licensed first In Washington. Price was at one time In charge of welding In the Vancouver, Washington shipyard ways and was an In structor In training of welders and burners there.
