T he 1959-60 budget sessions w ere la te r g ettin g sta rte d th an originally p lan n ed due to a delay in receiving official budget form s— req u ired by O regon law —from th e state p rin ters office. The form s w ere received F rid ay and th e first budget session w as scheduled for Tuesday because tw o of the lay m em b ers of th e group could not atte n d a M onday m eeting, Ju d g e L a to u re tte said.
