Mention w as m ade of a bill presented to Congress called th e T acket Bill. T his Bill “to re tu rn to th e N a tional F o rests of O regon and W ashington 10 p e r, cent of the gross N ational F o rests receipts. This, does not .mean additional tax es but ju s t a disbursem ent of m oney all ready on hand. I t is certainly of advantage to our W est C oast fo re st areas.
