To start off with, I’m

game laws that have exist

in existence.

A recently repealed law
in Wyoming required a spe
cial permit to photograph
wildlife. As far as I know,
none was ever sold.
In New Mexico, squir
rels are classed as big
game. It costs a non-res

squirrels than to hunt elk.
Years ago, the legislature
classed tree squirrels with
big game because all other
small game in New Mexico
were birds. It was plain
that a squirrel Isn’t a bird
because It lives In a tree.
Therefore, It must be big
game.
