The formal dedication of the new pavilion and the unveiling of memo rial plates, erected at the exposition grounds in honor of five of the lead ing pioneer supporters of the live stock industry in the northwest, took place Monday Afternoon. The memorial program for the un veiling of the tablets erected to honor five pioneer livestock supporters of the northwest were prefaced by ad dresses by Governor Louis F. H art of Washington and Governor Olcott of Oregon.
