Each Rose City Resource Guide The Street Roots Rose City Resource is the most comprehensive, updated list of services for people experiencing homelessness and poverty in Multnomah and Washington counties. The Rose City Resource is free to individuals and organizations. To inquire, please call us at 503-228-5657. At any given time, throughout the city, approximately 80 vendors are at work, rain or shine. Vendors play an active role in the Get Informed ■ With the money made selling the newspaper, vendors are able to secure basic needs, independence and dignity, and work toward obtaining housing.
