o f NASNA is to support a street newspaper
movement th a t creates and upholds journalistic and
ethical standards while promoting self-help and
empowerm ent among people living in poverty.
INSP is an umbrella organization th a t provides a
consultancy service fo r its partner papers and
advises on the setting up o f new street papers and
