Barnett PONMLKJIHGFEDCBA R icky B arrett, 56, of B utte Falls O R, passed aw ay O ctober 18, 2017 at hom e, sur rounded by his loving friends. H e w as born in N ew port O regon to D arrell and G eraldine B arrett on June 19, 1961. H e w as a survivor. A s a child he severely burned his legs in a fire and had to learn how to w alk again but he becam e a sw im m ing cham pion during his school days. B ig sm ile, great w ave, big heart, aw esom e laugh, jokester, ornery, alw ays a hero to any dam sel in distress, protective big brother, outdoorsy, logger w ho could tell you exactly w here the tree w as going to land, only needed a pair of pliers and duct tape to fix anything, avid H unter, but also loved anim als. H e is survived by brothers Larry B arrett, Bill B arrett, and D ennis B arrett ; sisters C indy (Frank) M ize, B onnie (H arry) Stalkr, Penny (Jeff) Trago, num erous nieces, neph ew s, friends and his faithful com panion Fred the dog.
