Due to the recent fire at the dump located behind the Sewer Plant, it will be necessary to STOP ALL DUMPING at this time, until further notice. Thank you for your cooperation. Park Restroom Vandals... Due to the constant vandalism to the park, they will be locked at all times. If you need to utilize the facilities you can check out a key at the Butte Falls General Store. If you lose the key you will be responsible for the Town having to replace the locks. If the restrooms have been vandilized prior to your receiving the key, we would appreciate it if you would report it to the store. We hope this way we can curb the vandalism and maybe find out who is doing it. The Town Council and Public Works Dept. Town Council News We meet every 3rd Tuesday of every month at City Hall at 7:00 PM. If you have questions or concerns over Town operations, please come to the meetings. You will be put on the agenda and given an opportunity to speak. If anyone has a complaint against Town operations, Council Members or Town Employees, there are complaint forms available at City Hall. Remember... if you have a complaint against a Town Employee, an Executive Session will be held and you will be required to attend. If you do not attend and state your case, then it will be dismissed.
