B eginning the first M onday in S ep­
tem ber the ho u rs will be sh o rten ed
fifteen m inutes each day, w ith th e ex ­
ception of S aturday, thus reducing the
tim e one h o u r an d fifteen m inutes per

cem ber 7, 1903; the ’hird reduction
