Some have even gone on to college in the "upw ard bound" program. And the centers w ill always try to help you fin d a permanent job even if you do not wish to take educational or vo cational training courses first. So you see, the opportunity cen ters do much more than just to pro vide a place to have fun and relax. La semana pasada les contamos cuales eran los centros de oportun idad del Valley AAigrant League que están abiertos en el noroeste de Oregon. Esta semana queremos decirles más sobre los centros y como las personas que trabajan allá les pueden ayudar. Tal vez le gusta viajar y le gusta trabajar en la cosecha en varias partes del país. Unos querrán cont inuar haciendo esto. Otros pre ferirán quedarse en un lugar, en contrar un trabajo seguro y asegurará sus niños una educación mejor. Si Ud. quiere esto, y su ganancia del año pasado fue poca, el Valley AAigrant League le puede ayudar a empezar. Si Ud. sabe poco inglés ,Ud. puede asistir a clases y aprenderlo. De manera, entonces, que los centros de oportunidad hacen más que proveer un lugar donde se puede solamente descansar.
