o u t! I t r u l y b e l i e v e t h a t w i t h o u t U. S . i n t e r f e r
e n c e , th e p e o p le o f C e n t r a l A m e r i c a , l i k e th e
p e o p le o f E a s t e r n E u r o p e , w o u ld b e a b le to
r e s o lv e th e ir ow n p r o b le m s . I do n o t e v e n
s u p p o r t " h u m a n ita r ia n " o r " e c o n o m ic d e v e lo p
m e n t " a i d . In m y e x p e r i e n c e a n d o b s e r v a t i o n ,
t h i s w e l l - i n t e n t i o n e d a i d e n d s u p b e n e f i t i n g th e
