p e o p le a n d f u r t h e r s o c i a l a n d e c o n o m i c j u s t i c e ,
c o n d u c te d a s u r v e y r e c e n tly of v a r io u s s o c ia l
s e r v i c e a g e n c i e s in th e c o u n ty . T h e a g e n c i e s

l e g a l s e r v i c e s , b u t h o w to p u t th e c l i e n t in th e
l a w y e r 's o f f i c e . "
W h a t i s n e e d e d t h e n is a m e c h a n i s m to e n s u r e
