All persons listed are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Charges can be amended or dismissed.) *** Monday, Dec. 11 *David Nedervelt, are you missing something? Contact Josephine County Sheriff’s Office (JCSO) regarding your wallet, which was found near Forks State Park at 1:02 p.m. *A gal noticed her garage door was open in the 100 block of N. Caves Avenue, and several items were missing inside her home. Two flat- screen TVs, an HP desktop computer, and a Canon printer disappeared between Dec. 1-8. A report was filed for second- degree burglary and first- degree theft. *An unwelcome visitor showed up at an RV park in the 27500 block of Redwood Hwy. at 3:59 p.m. The disorderly dame harassed residents in the past, so an individual wanted her trespassed from the entire park. The interloper advised that she was merely contacting her ex-boyfriend to retrieve her belongings, and she had no intentions of staying or returning in the future. Tuesday, Dec. 12 *Two partiers were 86’d from Jubilee Park because they were drinking behind the amphitheater at 10:54 a.m. *Hooligans were removing drywall and insulation from a cabin for sale in the 7200 block of Caves Hwy. at 10 a.m. *At 2:42 p.m. an employee at 110 Deer Creek Road admitted to stealing approximately $4,600 from the store. She was detained in Josephine County Jail for first-degree theft. (A lump of coal will be in her stocking.) Wednesday, Dec. 13 *Nick Dustin Farmer, 18, was arrested at 11:46 a.m. near Hwy. 199 and Hogue Drive. He was cited to appear on Jan. 3 in lieu of arrest on a felony warrant for first-degree criminal mischief. *A gal driving a maroon Dodge van with a Missouri license plate slammed into a fence in the 400 block of Fir Drive at 2:36 p.m. The thin lass with long brown hair stated she was getting the F out of here and fled the scene. Thursday, Dec. 14 *Alert neighbors were concerned regarding a home in the 100 block of Kinnikinnick Drive at 1:42 p.m. Several people were seen removing fencing, and sounds of hammering and a generator could be heard. The information was logged in case the bank contacts law enforcement regarding theft. *A gal who smelled strongly of alcohol was stumbling around and slurring her words while using a resource phone at Illinois Valley High School at 3:50 p.m. She drove away in a white Toyota Sienna mini-van. Friday, Dec. 15 *Folks in the 1500 block of Crooks Creek Road were awakened at 2 a.m. by the sounds of screaming, yelling, and a revving engine. A fellow leased his property for the last year to folks who grew marijuana on his land. He has returned and is terrorizing the neighborhood again. (He’s baaack.) *Concerned citizens reported that a home in the 7200 block of Caves Hwy. had been broken into, and there was a fire in the wood stove at 11:27 a.m. Three men in black were seen cutting trees. The real estate agent claimed that the house was supposed to be vacant. The owner advised that she allowed her younger brother to stay there. *Burglars broke into a home in the 100 block of S. Sawyer Avenue between 6 p.m. on Dec. 6 and 3 a.m. on Dec. 7. Missing items include tires and rims, miscellaneous jewelry, and multiple tools. The home had caught fire several months ago, but the woman had not yet removed all her property from the house. (So, the scavengers did.) Saturday, Dec. 16 and Sunday, Dec.17 *No logs. Good try, but the naughty-or-nice list is retroactive throughout the whole year.
