*At 9:28 a.m. the
owner of a business at 110
Deer Creek Road stated that
money was taken from a
secret hiding place that only
her employees knew about.
The cash disappeared at the
same time a hired hand was
given two weeks’ notice. The
boss would not let her worker
leave the premises because
she changed her story several
times and was acting guilty.
She made her getaway in a
U-Haul with some guys who
also may have been involved
in the burglary. A report was
filed after law enforcement
caught up with her in the
parking lot of Ray’s Food
Place.

threatened to kill him, pulled
out a gun, and busted out the
windshield. The grouch then
punched the guy in the face,
breaking his jaw. After that
the bully threw the truck keys
into a pond. The difficulties
may have stemmed from one
guy dating another man’s
ex-wife.

Winter storms
1000 blk NAUE WAY, Medical Emergency

Most of the U.S. is at risk for winter storms, which
can cause dangerous and sometimes life-
threatening conditions. Blinding wind-driven snow,
extreme cold, icy road conditions, downed trees
and power lines can all wreak havoc on our daily
schedules. Home fires occur more in the winter
than in any other season, and heating equipment
is involved in one of every six reported home fires,
and one in every five home fire deaths.
