Saturday, Oct. 1 *Despite a disturbance at 15 past midnight on Lit- tle Grayback Road, the man said to be involved decided to go to bed, and the woman was to call back if needed. *At least a dozen gun- shots in approximately eight minutes were re- ported at 1:02 a.m. in the 1900 block of Crooks Creek Road. No one was located in connection. *A large group of yell- ing people was reported gathered on S. Hussey Avenue at 2:13 a.m., maybe to fight. Then eve- ryone left. *Four people were held at gunpoint by a dep- uty at Hwy. 199 and Pine- wood Way at 2:44 a.m. Subsequently, Mark E. Lindsey, 19, was arrested on charges of DUII and attempting to elude. *Deputies were look- ing for a man in connec- tion with first-degree bur- glary, and domestic felony fourth-degree assault after an incident involving two women on W. Lister Street reported at 4:25 a.m. *Evicted people were suspected by a Selma land- lord after an ax was used on doors to his shop, win- dows broken, siding pulled off and inside walls torn down.
